As Office Manager, Ellen Roßner is a key operational enabler at ECBF, ensuring efficient and reliable office operations while supporting the organisation's day-to-day effectiveness. Her role spans organisational coordination, onboarding of new colleagues, cross-functional support, and IT operations and infrastructure, enabling our teams to focus on their core priorities.
Prior to joining ECBF, Ellen established a strong track record characterized by commitment, efficiency, and quality. During six years at Wein Service Bonn GmbH, she held management responsibility for quality assurance, organic compliance, and the IT help desk, working hands-on with her teams to strengthen processes and build sustainable competitive advantage.
Earlier in her career, Ellen spent 11 years at Wein Wolf GmbH & Co. Verwaltungs KG, progressing from Procurement Specialist to Apprenticeship Trainer, and later to Organic Compliance Officer and QA Manager. This career progression shaped a broad and resilient professional profile that continues to deliver value today.
