Guillaume Gras

Guillaume Gras is an Investment Director at ECBF, bringing an entrepreneurial background and strong hands-on investment experience across agtech, circular economy, and sustainable innovation. He is a former founder who successfully built and exited a company, raising more than €55 million and scaling the business from seed stage to Series B. Prior to joining ECBF, Guillaume co-founded and scaled Innovafeed into a leading agtech company, where he led commercial, product, quality, and regulatory functions. He also held investment and portfolio management leadership roles at Inovexus Accelerator and INCO Ventures, executing seed investments and serving on multiple startup boards. At ECBF, Guillaume focuses on supporting high-growth companies across the circular and bioeconomy. He holds an engineering degree in biotechnology from École Centrale de Paris and an MSc in Science and Business from the University of Queensland, Australia.
